Once we created our imaginative backwards lands in our minds, we wrote stories in the form of postcards as we pretended to visit our Backwards Land! First, we story mapped clear beginnings, middles, and ends. We learned how to address a postcard and where the stamp would go, as we created our own stamp designs (addresses/stamps cut out for privacy). We ended the project with an imaginative picture on the front representing our land. Enjoy these samples!
